Add a level teaspoon* to any drink and blend with a hand-held milk frother. We do not use vegetable or seed oils, so it will require extra time to dissolve. It’s worth the wait. For even more impact, add some collagen powder as well. It blends into a lovely creamy drink - so much tastier than an olive oil coffee! Repeat daily as needed to stop the snack attacks! *Adjust to taste.
